Flow maps display the movements of objects that travel from one location to another.  These maps use a mix of flow chats combined with maps to display a variety of tangible item to intangible items.  The map provided shows the outflow of trucks coming out of Texas by using red lines to show the route taken.  By using these different features this makes this map a credible flow map.
